Aleksandr brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare technology and talent acquisition platforms. Previously, he led engineering teams at three successful healthcare startups, including two that achieved successful exits.
His expertise in AI-driven matching algorithms and deep understanding of the medical sales industry has been instrumental in creating our proprietary candidate screening and matching platform.
Aleksandr holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and has authored several papers on machine learning applications in talent acquisition.

Seb brings 10+ years of experience working across industries, including fintech, mobility, edtech, property, and healthcare. He enjoys managing cross-functional teams and developing strategic approaches to product expansion.
Seb has founded multiple companies, taking them from idea to launch, scale, and exit. He most recently sold a crypto media company, Web3 Daily, to their largest competitor in August 2024.
